Return and Cancellation Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Lantern Press. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your order. Damaged or defective items will be replaced with no shipping costs. Additional instructions below under Damaged Goods. If you receive the incorrect items in your shipment, please note the style, quantity and image on the product before contacting support. We will pay all shipping costs if product needs to be returned to Lantern Press. It is at the discretion of Lantern Press if we want to have product returned to us.
All products at Lantern Press are print-on-demand. Cancellations are approved on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 48 hours of placing an order. If product is already in process or completed, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please ensure you have selected the correct images and product before submitting your order. Carefully review all order confirmations to make certain the correct product has been selected.
We strive to securely package all shipments to avoid breakage, but we understand items arrive damaged from time to time. If you receive any damaged product in your order, please let us know. We will need to know the style, quantity, and image number of the broken items. Please include photos if possible. We will issue credit for all damaged items on your order. Replacements can be issued for large quantity damages. If a package is visibly damaged upon arrival, please return to shipper. A damage claim will be filed, and a replacement order will be sent as quickly as possible.
Order Timeline & Status
Because we are print-on-demand, all orders require 2-3 weeks to produce plus shipping time. This timeline is an estimate and is subject to change during peak season. You will receive confirmation via email when your order ships. Please ensure the contact information on your account is accurate. If your order has not shipped by the ship date specified on your order, please contact support. If an item is temporarily out of stock or on back-order, you will be contacted for approval and/or cancellation.
